Mahender Makhijani (“Makhijani”); Continuum Analytics, Inc.; MOM AS Trader Group LLC; Mother BS Trader Team LLC; Mother CA Investor Group LLC; MOM AS Manager LLC; MOM BS Supervisor LLC; and Mother CA Supervisor LLC (the “Mother Parties”) submit this Opposition to Mohammad Honarkar (“Honarkar”) and his running entity, 4G Wi-fi, Inc.’s (the “Honarkar Get-togethers”) Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award (“Petition to Confirm”). I. INTRODUCTION This dispute arises from a money rescue that saved a sinking company—only being repaid with poor faith attempts to unwind the pretty offer that kept the venture afloat. In 2021, Honarkar faced monetary wreck. Deeply in credit card debt and less than immediate threat of foreclosure, he was unable to acquire $145 million necessary to avoid the collapse of his real estate property portfolio.
